Data controller

The controller of your data is the owner of this website, whose identification details appear in the legal notice.

What data we process

We process the data you give us when you contact us on WhatsApp or through our forms: your name, the username of the affected account, your country, your contact email or phone, the description of the problem and any screenshots you choose to share. If you leave a review, we also process the name you authorise us to publish, your rating and the detail you give us to verify your case. We do not request or process passwords or verification codes.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, analyse your case, provide the advisory service you request and, for reviews, verify that they correspond to a real case and publish them with your consent.

Your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR) and, if you hire the service, the performance of that contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your case and then for the periods required by law. Published reviews remain online until you ask for their removal.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Form messages are transmitted through an email delivery service acting as data processor. When you use WhatsApp, that service processes your messages under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the email shown in the legal notice. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
