How we publish reviews. Reviews are collected through our own system when each case ends and are only published after checking they match a real case handled by our team. We publish positive and negative reviews, offer nothing in exchange and only remove personal data.
How we verify each review
When each case ends, we send the person we helped a link to our review form. To publish a review we check that the contact detail they provide matches a case we handled. Reviews we can’t link to a real case are not published.
- We publish positive and negative reviews.
- We don’t pay, give discounts or offer anything in exchange for a review.
- We don’t edit the text, except to remove personal data such as usernames, phone numbers or emails.
- We only show the name or initials the person authorises.
What our customers say
We are verifying the first reviews from cases we have handled. We will publish them here as soon as we confirm each one matches a real case. We would rather have a few true reviews than many that can’t be checked.
